Welcome to MD Properties, one of the oldest rental communities inside Secondlife. We opened our doors in 2005, with just a few rentals, until our properties grew and grew. Thanks to our dedicated residents, and high quality service, MD Properties is still strong since 2005! We have award winning landscaping, beautiful sculpted houses, cottages, country cozy winter cabins, and modern apartments for rent. We also offer commercial rentals for people wishing to have a store-front. Our rentals all come with lockable doors, automated curtains, and land security. You can feel secure with your items with MD Properties. Our land security prevents people from entering your home, and copying your objects. To rent with us, simply pay the pay-box that is next to the home or apartment, and take a copy of our rules note-card, usually located by the "MD Properties" sign. Then, Instant message Mary Dana or Eff Loon to be added to our group. Once you are added to the group you may place objects immediately. Enjoy all of the MD "perks" such as our private ice-skating rink, our fairgrounds that can be used for parties or private weddings, or enjoy our pond with romantic poses. Find us on Face-book!
