Chamonix
Chamonix is a snowy winter wonderland, but perfect to live year round. This sim screams romance! You can watch the falling snow outside your window, take a skate around the ice-skating rink, then go back to your cozy loft one bedroom cabin and snuggle by your roaring fire. Each snowy cottage contains an upstairs bedroom loft, a roaring fireplace and of course.....snow! This is one of my favorite cities and these cottages fill up fast! Helicanus-Ocean Front Elite Rentals

This city is loved by all because of the crisp ocean air.  Helicanus is a beautiful ocean-front property, boasting of a private dock, and your own private sandy beach. These beach houses are sculpted to resemble a Maine or Rhode Island (New England) beach house. They are built on stilts, have double glass doors, and an upstairs bedroom loft that has a sun roof. (You can even see the sun gleam through the window!) The walls are white washed, ocean salt worn. (on purpose) There are beautiful windows that swing open, breathe-taking landscaping that includes sculpted trees and a meadow.
